The facility is a state-of-the-art composites manufacturing hub, especially for thermoplastic composites, which is one of a kind in the UAE and the region. The facility has a custom-built TP tape production line with a capacity of 10 m/min production of high-performance TP/CF tapes. 8-axes robotic cell equipped with Automated Fiber Placement (AFP), filament winding, High-temp autoclave and press, Processing as well as chemistry labs.
